Simple phone call that was roughly 30 minutes and I got hired after that. Super simple and easy. No follow up or anything just offered the job after one conversation.

All through email no interview. Also was messaged on Linkedin from an employee with no picture. Thought it was fake at first and the whole scenario was very strange. Not too sure if this is how their hire everybody
