The interview process at Alimar was very straight forward, essentially you need to have the right skills and background depending on where you want to be assigned...rest assured if you meet the qualifications you should do fine in an interview.

Mouth swab drug test, basic 30 question security guard test, pay for background test, simple questions, ask where do you live, very easy interview, and have a chance to pick where you would like to work if possible. tell you that pay changes with site.
