Ça semble assez classique pour un premier entretien : ils veulent d'abord cerner ton parcours et ta manière de travailler avant d'aller plus en profondeur sur ton impact et ta façon de mesurer le succès.
As-tu déjà réfléchi à des exemples concrets où tu as eu un impact mesurable dans tes expériences passées ? Alan est très axé sur la donnée, donc si tu peux quantifier tes réussites (ex : amélioration d'un process, réduction d'un délai, augmentation d'un taux d'engagement, etc.), ce serait un vrai plus.

This process gives you the opportunity to meet several employees, as well as people in a variety of roles. It’s a long and intensive process, but it’s worth it to gain a clear understanding of the expectations and values.
While the interviewer was pleasant, they seemed surprisingly unfamiliar with my background and experience. The questions felt scripted and didn't reflect the content of our actual conversation, particularly the points I raised in my self-introduction. The feedback I received was superficial and unhelpful, bordering on offensive, given the significant time I invested in preparing for this interview. Frankly, I'd prefer direct and honest feedback over this performative display of "transparency."
