I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alasco in Feb 2022
Interview
Exactly as described on the website :)
1) HR Call - A nice chat with the HR
2) Main Task - 6 hour challenge, pretty fun and quite relatable to the job you'll be doing at Alasco. If you're confident of your frontend skills, you surely have no problem impressing them with the task.
3) Main Interview - Behavioural Questions + Going through your experiences + Technical Questions regarding your assignment. A friendly session with two managers, I had a lot of fun talking to them.
4) Founder Interview + Team Meet - Met one of the co-founders to learn more about how Alasco was started and their motivations. You get to also ask how the company is doing and what are their future plans. The team meet was also fun as you could get to know who you will be working with. Team is also pretty international + local, so you'll have no problems fitting in regardless of who you are.

Question 1
How to refactor my code in the main tasks to make it neater, how to optimise, how to go about doing testing (integration/unit)
The interview process took me 1 month and during the process, I had four rounds of interviews plus a code assignment.
It started with the HR interview which was very energetic and then that leads to the code assignment, after that I had a great interview with the Engineering Manager and then I had a chance to meet one of the co-founders so I could have a pleasant conversation about knowing the company from founders view and I asked my questions about the company.
and at the last stop, I had a chance to meet some of the cool team members and we had a none official chat together
