I applied online. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied online. Got the VI after about a week. There were 10 questions in the VI. Know yourself and be yourself. I honestly thought I wasn't going to make it because someone walked in the room while I was doing the VI. I was distracted and He/She was making all these noises in the backround so I was a bit distracted. I was so angry but, I kept my cool and apologized for the distraction. Finished the VI with lost hope because of that. Weeks after that I was surprised when I got an email to set up the phone interview. During the PI the recruiter asked few more questions and informed of the location for the f2f.
During the f2f, they introduce the company and employees benefits, salaries, etc... Went through two more interviewer and did 1on1 interview with them. Got finger printed, Drug or Nicotine tested (Ibelieve). Received an email few days later to work with Sterling regarding 10 backround check so I did all that. About 3 wks later got an email saying no but no thanks. I failed the nicotine test unfortunatley. Over all the experience was great.

Interview
The interview process is very welcoming and light. You can tell they want people to be comfortable and be themselves. It's a long process but they make it fun and I personally enjoyed it.

Interview
Easy Process; Group activity then two individual one on one interviews. Glassdoor was extremely helpful in preparing for the interview process. They asked the very same questions as you see online. I have no idea what they are looking for however because they do not give feedback.

Interview
Filled out resume online was asked to do a video interview and then got an email to do a phone interview went through the phone interview and was asked why I left my previous employer was given the job pay scale and training information. Was then told the hiring manager would look at my file and decide if I would move to the in face interview that was happening next week. It looks like since I didn’t get an invitation to the end face interview they are not interested but we will see she said I would hear from her in the next day or two.
