What a joke! Just a numbers game. As previous posters expressed that if you are over 30 forget it. company definitely age discriminates. the CEO should know what goes on with their hiring practice. Then again they don not pay a living wage

Interview was face to face 1on1. After that, they will let you know in a few days. But overall, its a good process. Recommend to be on time and to be big on safety.

The Interview process took about 3-4 hours. I was hired on the stop after the interview, and completed the drug test/background check the same day. You also have a few start dates to choose from, but this will determine your seniority.
