The first step was a phone screening, which went well. We agreed upon a time for a zoom interview and scheduled it a month in advance. When I logged on I sat in the zoom waiting room for ten minutes waiting for the host to start the meeting. At the ten minute mark I sent an email to the recruiter I had been in contact with, asking to confirm that we were supposed to be meeting today. I received an automated reply that the company email I was trying to reach no longer existed. Meaning that within the span of a month the recruiter had left their position, presumably on short notice since they had mentioned no such plans beforehand, and that upon their leaving the team they worked with was unable to pick up the pieces. Based on this experience and other Glassdoor reviews I consider myself fortunate to have not gotten the chance to work here.
