First phone call interview with HR, then in person with HR and 2-3 leaders. Was required to present based on information provided prior to the interview. Academic checks and professional certification checks after an offer was made.

Interview
Questions are entirely focused on leadership, not technical. For the manager role of a highly technical team making technical decisions, not sure this is normal. The interviewers don’t ask any follow up questions.
