Interview
A full day interview. Started with a technical presentation for PhD level candidates, followed by 6-8 individual one-on-one sessions with management and HR. The presentation will set the tone for the whole day - if that impresses people, all other conversations will be very easy to deal with. All interviewer, including the hiring manage and his boss, were happy with the interview. An offer was given and accepted in two days.

Applied for the position on line. Had a phone screen with an HR person. I didn't hear anything after a couple of weeks, so I called them. They asked for an onsite interview. I went in for a half day interview with about 6 different people. Pretty standard interview questions. Before the interview, I had to do a personality/skill test and a web based reference check.
