Interview
1) Submit resume for review
2) If selected, phone interview with 4 members of the site you will be working at. Usually one representative from HR and 3 members of the area you will be work at, including one manager.
3) If selected for the position, complete preliminary information.
4) Sign contract.
5) Come to the plants' HR department to complete physical and drug test.
6) If all goes well, manager of division will then brief you on you assignment and set a start date.

Question 1
What is the position you see your self at in 30 years from now?
Phone screening, in person interview, very laid back and low pressure. Interviewer was very respectful and nice and gave me time to think through each question. Overall positive experience and would reccomend to a friend.
Stay clear or continue to interview if you receive an offer from them. My internship offer was rescinded late into the internship recruiting period leaving me with no offer for that summer.

Interview
Smooth - started online, followed by two phone interviews and final in person interview. In person part of the interview was rather disorganized and didn't provide transportation (in the winter, with lots of snow) which was strange.
