Then four panel interviews with the respective directors of each department relevant for the position. Very straight forward process. People were very professional and had very scientific questions. The HR has a phone screening first and then got the interview with the R&D manager. I had a positive feeling after i am done.

The remaining coniversation was about specifics from my CV and the overall scope of the role.
