Interview
The hiring process consisted of two stages. First there was a group interview where they basically seed out the dopey, sad or poorly presented people. They look for people that radiate energy and smile and show initiative (such as volunteering first).
Once you get past this stage, you have a general interview with one or two of the senior management.
