I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aledade (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview process was a very pleasant one. Initially, the common questions were asked as it related to my background and previous work experience, but Aledade is very keen on making sure they hire the right people that fit into the culture of the organization. In being very selective in the interview process, I had to interview on about five separate occasions with different team members.

Question 1
What is your approach to cultivating and fostering change with providers that are very challenging and sometimes confrontational?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aledade (Jersey City, NJ) in Dec 2025
Interview
I advanced smoothly through the recruiting process and had an excellent interview with the hiring manager, where my qualifications were a strong match. In fact, during that conversation, a more senior role was suggested as a better fit for my level of experience.
The final interview with the Director of Market was a sharp contrast. The meeting started over 20 minutes late with no acknowledgment or apology, and the questions lacked structure and relevance to the role. I received a rejection email nearly a month later. I followed up requesting specific feedback to improve future applications for similar roles and received no response. The lack of professionalism and transparency was disappointing.

There are several interviews with managers and potential team members. It is a smooth process and the recruiters are great. They make the process fairly easy and overall it was a good experience.

Interview
The interview was more of a conversation and personable. It was relatively comfortable to get through. It was not stressful and there were 3 rounds. Each interview was 30-45 minutes.
