HR recruiter did not seem to understand the role and responsibilities - once I connected with hiring manager, I realized the job description was a mismatch for the true needs of the role. I did a great deal of research and prep for my interview so it was disappointing. I was also disappointed to not to not receive further follow up from the recruiter. Just ghosted after second interview.

Typical questions, many focused on my previous experience as I think they were trying to understand if I could possibly support the team in this role.
Applied through their website - interview over the phone with HR. She was polite and interview was positive. I was told to expect to hear back within a week. After 2 weeks of silence I reached out and was told the hiring team still hadn't connected with HR. I waited another 2 weeks and reached out again and have yet to receive any form of response after a month and a half after my first HR call. Completely poor and rude form to ghost/ignore candidates they proactively reached out to.
