Was contacted by HR and scheduled an interview. Once at the company, before the interview, took a programmer skills test that had all sorts of programming questions related to C#, .NET, and databases. An hour long interview followed with about 20 technical questions, some algorithm based.

Write an algorithm that tells you the exact degrees (with decimal places) between the small and left hand on a clock if you are given the time in numerical format.

everything is fine and wait for the notice for the face to face interview.
fixed the day and went to the company for the face to face interview.
spent one hour with skills test which i didn't do very well.
talk with two software developers.
