The interview process consisted of signing up with Reed recruitment and meeting for a short and fairly informal interview. It was office dress, but the questions were fairly open allowing for conversation. I was able to answer pretty transparently, as I don't think they really cared about your answers. They really just wanted to see that a) you had a pulse and b) you could talk.
