Long, tedious, and drawn out. Feels like they make you jump through a ton of hoops only to be put on hold and never get an answer. It was an overall fine experience, but not sure how they expect anyone to come work for them when the interview process takes months and others make offers much sooner.

A 15-30m recruiter screen, followed by a panel interview with the hiring manager and 3 current case managers. The panel interview involved a mock patient call, followed by the normal behavior-based interview questions
