There are four rounds.
First is the initial technical round.
second is again the technical round.
then managerial round, where we explained our previous projects and work done.
and last is the HR round.

I have cleared all round but I got feedback as we are looking candidate with other skills.
I want to know these people if they are looking something else then how I cleared all round. They can reject me in starting round.
