Exceptionally poor, the HR organiser was difficult to work with and the task given as part of the interview process was quite frankly ridiculous compared with other tasks required during the interview process of similar roles. Left me with a very poor opinion of the firm. The interview questions themselves were fairly slapdash and poorly prepared.

The process took just over one month. It consisted of a recruiter screen, followed by an interview with the team manager, then team members, an HR round, and a department manager/management. The recruiter stayed in touch and provided regular updates and information.

I had to redo 3 assignments for 3 different roles. This carried on and I ended up doing so many tests for nothing. The last test I did they didn’t respond for weeks.
