Initial phone interview was very relaxed, just getting to know one another and overall low pressure. Only the usual questions and nothing to test you or any trick questions. I was given more hope than I probably should have been provided during the interview, meaning, I was hyped up only to be cut out of the interview process. No hard feelings, I understand decisions have to be made, but just don’t get too hopeful like I did and treat it like any other interview.
