The interview process was professional and personable overall. The first step was a phone interview that included discussion about the position, general expectations, and several questions regarding my prior work experience and background. The conversation was friendly and informative and gave a good overview of the role and hiring process.
The second step involved facetime meeting with the clinic director for an interview that included additional questions and answers, discussion of job responsibilities, and more detailed information about the scope of the position and next steps in the hiring process. The process felt organized and conversational throughout.
