Aligned Recruitment interview questions

My interview experience with Aligned Recruitment was incredibly smooth from start to finish. I initially received a message from one of the Co-Founders, who quickly scheduled an interview with me on the same day. A former colleague of mine who I worked closely with in my last role, is now employed at Aligned Recruitment and she referred me for the Senior Recruiter position. Throughout the entire process, I was impressed by the level of kindness and transparency demonstrated by the team. Communication was clear and consistent, with updates provided to me whenever there were changes or developments. I had the opportunity to have one-on-one calls with each Co-Founder, which allowed for meaningful interactions and insights into the company culture. The timeline of events was well-coordinated, with four updates communicated via LinkedIn between my initial calls and the final offer. These updates kept me informed and engaged and I had full clarity. During the interview process, I received good news that I was going to be brought on as a W2 employee vs. contractor. From first call to offer, the process took three weeks. I am impressed with the efficiency and professionalism demonstrated by Aligned Recruitment and happy to be a part of the team!
