Alistair Group interview questions

All the job opportunities are published on the company Website, at Careers. You first have to submit your resume online. You then get the mail notifying you that they received your resume. In few days you get the link to attempt the online aptitude test. It has now been one week that I have attempted the test but I still don't get the mail notifying me that I succeeded or failed. It's really stressful. Can the result take that long ? I've followed up but no feedback actually.
