2 phone interviews and 2 face to face interviews. Became very cagey when I asked about benefits only to learn that the company does not provide benefits. Also very guarded with respect to salary expectations and what their top performers are earning.

Very standard interview process but, after 4 interviews, they were unwilling to address specifics regarding salary base or what their top producers were making.
