It was over zoom with a review off my resume and my past experiences. Some questions regarding my caseload and preferences. It was sweet and short. You will interview with two recruiters, one from HR and the other from the clinical team.

Strength and Weaknesses and if I was bilingual or not?
Standard style with lead SLP and HR rep over Zoom. They were friendly and professional and I didn’t get the impression they were trying to be “tricky” with their questions.

Do you have experience with point of contact documentation.
The process was pleasant and went smoothly. . This is a two part process with recruiter and then clinical manager. both interview sessions were conducted virtually and scheduled with their platform.
