I responded to an ad on Craigslist and was contacted by the IT Manager. We scheduled a phone interview. Following the phone interview I was invited to an on-site interview. The on-site interview lasted a couple hours. We discussed a wide range of topics from technical questions to day-to-day responsibilities. I was also given a tour of the facility.
