Applied online, within a week was contacted for very brief (15min) and standard phone screen. A couple days later, scheduled in-person interview for following week. Office small but updated, clean and friendly, approachable, and professional staff and overall vibe. Stunning views of Coal Harbour.
Met in boardroom with President and staff member from phone interview. Interview was more conversational and easy-going, where President asked great interview questions about past experience and to learn more about myself, which showed they read and appreciated my cover letter and resume (rare these days!). President had friendly, professional and approachable demeanour, showed me around the office, other staff were professional and friendly as well. In-person interview was about 30mins or so and allowed for me to ask questions too. Very respectful and mindful of my time invested in this process and very transparent with things. Discussed room for growth as company grows.
Overall having been on countless interviews with other companies, this was a great process and experience , I ended up accepting another job offer which was why I declined to move forward with a quick written assignment (which was for them to gain more insight about my career path and how it fits in with them).
