Since I referred to GlassDoor before my interview, I feel obligated to share my experience.
In short, it was mixed. The bad was the homework assignment. Since I was excited about the position, I put in a solid amount of time with architecture, testing, mobile views, accessibility, etc. which was not "light" with a full time job. They give you 5-7 days which again, not fun, but the kicker was only one person even asked me about the code I wrote out of the ~8 people I chatted with. Maybe because I didn't get an offer the feeling sank in more but I think if I did get an offer, I would've told tried to make those requirements more condensed. Other than that, the people I chatted with were genuinely nice. I enjoyed chatting with each and every one of them. My downfall, I think, was chatting with a dev ops engineer and a backend lead who asked me questions related to backend architecture which I just absolutely froze up and couldn't articulate my thoughts.
I walked away with a 1-year membership to AllTrails, but I'd rather have gotten some feedback to be honest. I know people are busy but not even a note? Onwards.
