There are two interviews, the first one is basically based on the candidate and getting to them and what they are about. They usually ask questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here etc.

The interview consists of about four stages, it starts with the CV review, and then face to face/virtual interview, psychometric test and then role play. The interview process is quite long, the level of difficulty is average if you prepare.
