I completed an online application and received an email about moving forward. Phone call screening followed by 1 on 1 in person interview at office conference room with HR. After the interview a personality quiz was emailed to me. Overall very smooth process.

Applied though a career fair. There were two rounds of interviews, one with an engineer. The second round was with two HR reps. It was a pretty smooth and easy interview process.
