Was contacted by recruiter via Facebook. Had 3 interviews over several months with CUSO Business leaders and newly hired VP of Operations. Very professional at outset, had to take a profile test and proficiency test that was very convoluted and had nothing to do with the position they were hiring for. Onboarding for benefits was very poorly managed, no follow through.
