I applied through my university. The HR rep came to our campus one day, and did interviews for students who applied on the next day. I interviewed on campus. I was called back within two days and asked to visit their facility and to go through a second interview.

Interview
I applied at a career fair and heard back from them a couple weeks later. The first step was a one on one interview with their HR guy who was really easy to talk to, and then I got asked back for a group interview at their location in Ridgeway, PA.
