I applied online. I interviewed at Allegheny Conference On Community Development
Interview
The questions themselves were fairly easy and standard, but it was by far the worst interview experience I've ever had. The interviewer mentioned several times how busy they were and how they had a hard stop at X time, even interrupting my answer at one point to remind me (despite also saying that my answers were concise and that I had plenty of time).
The interviewer also made disparaging comments about my education and background, implied that I was only being interviewed because of a connection, and overall had an attitude that I was wasting his time.
Not surprisingly, I never heard anything further from them.

Interview
It was multi stage with various departments and took about 3 months total. A slow process, but nice to get to know a cross section of departments and better understand the role and company structure.
