Allegheny Science & Technology Program Analyst interview questions

There was a short phone screen that lasted about 10 minutes. Questions about why I wanted to leave my job and why I would be a good fit for the position were asked. After the phone screen I had a virtual interview with the program manager and a senior scientist on the project I’d be working on. The interview was very laid back and informal. The hiring manager ghosted without telling me next steps or where they were in the process. Completely stopped responding to emails. I wasn’t bugging I only sent two within the span of two months. Beware of ghosting with this company.
