I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allegiant Air
Interview
A family member due to circumstances of the situation was informed by the soon to be manager of the opening and gave my the phone number of the new manager. I called to talk him about getting a job and we set up a one on one interview. Was really easy. Just asked me about my self and basic interview questions. However usually people come in person to pick up and application and the manager will call you back to set up a meeting if they are interested.
Long, extensive, fun and approachable compared to other stuck up interviews.it was alright not difficult at all, they hired people and when I say people I mean people who came in there with tank tops, sandals, short skirts on and out. the job itself is just as easy as the actual session - interview.basically almost anyone would be able to secure a position with or without any kind of experience for this role
