Multiple step, internal recruiter, market director, onsite job shadow with multiple recruiters that lasted about 3 hours total. Decision was made quickly and feedback was provided. A lot of questions about work ethic and how to handle challenges.
Structured two stage interview process, with final stage with divisional director. The interview ended with being 'sold out', which was a test of resilience to see how quickly you pushed back.

1st round video call, followed by an on-site half day with team and managers. Very streamlined process. Go through motivations, business process, and see how the job is done on half-day
It was a wonderful experience. Got to know a lot of things. But i wasn't selected. The panel was good. It wasn't so difficult. The questions were ok ok kind
