I had a pulse and some tools so I was a good candidate. In hindsight it appears they are desperate, because of their dire financial situation they can only keep employees a short amount of time. Their turnover has got to be outrageous add that to their lack of people skills and you have a volatile combination for disaster. It is a revolving door.
