Allen County Public Library interview questions

All day, panel of questions followed by lunch (important part of the interview!) and meeting the team. They want to see if you know your stuff and are a good fit.

The interview only lasted about 20 minutes and was fairly painless. The interview was conducted by the branch manager and the human resources manager from the Main library. They were open and transparent about every question I asked. The overall mood was very professional and very direct.
