Super easy, just asked basic questions, why do you want to work here, what is your experience, what did you major in (if you have a college degree - don't need one to work for this company), nothing tough. Just sent in application online, got a call and interviewed over phone then went to in person interview and they made an offer and I declined.

Interview
Got an email from the recruiting manager in LA and was told to come into local office for interview. Was interviewed by general manager, assistant manager, and supervisor. Very laid back and open, went over job expectations and some of the benefits. Got a call a week later offering the position, pending the background check.

Very quick. 5 minutes in and out. They asked simple questions like if I know how to enter data and communicate on phone. Took a couple days to get official offer due to background screening.
