Was scheduled for a video interview with HR that went really well. Was told in the interview I would be scheduled for a 2nd round interview. Over 2 weeks later, I got an email saying the position was filled. So unprofessional. Don't get people's hopes up by promising a 2nd interview... just say you'll follow up.

Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interviews. Fairly straightforward interview, very lengthy and unorganized with scheduling. After the third interview I followed up and was ghosted, no response regarding next steps or if they were moving on. Unprofessional for a growing company.
