I interviewed at Alliance for a Healthier Generation
Interview
The recruiter cancelled the first call right before our scheduled meet time; no problem, we rescheduled and I got through to the next interview round where I spoke with a technical contact.
Again, no issues as we discussed my 15+ years of experience.
The said they would provide a TestDome test, and in the meantime to share any projects I had, which I did since I have several github projects.
Then they never replied to me; when I asked for a follow up to actually get this test, they told me they would get back to me...
Non-profit or not, companies that routinely ghost candidates like this do not deserve your time as they will not respect you whatsoever.
I personally would not trust an org that can't manage this basic respect with the health and safety of children...they are at best disorganized, leading to an unfair and unresponsive recruiting process that makes me doubt the commitment to their "mission".

Online Application form with a CV upload and a few interview questions, the process is straightforward and although I did not get an offer I appreciate them not wasting my time either.
