First round was with HR. Very friendly and informal. Focus more on personal fit and problem solving skills rather than industry. In the beginning focus a lot on CV and personality (no competencies though) and then at the end some mental math question and a case study.

Both behavioral and technical questions were asked. Not very hard. Interviewers are friendly. Zoom interview one on one. With hiring manager and the team. Overall it is a pretty good interview experience.
