Interview
First round is a video interview with VP. Basically, ask why QR and go through your resume. The interviewer did not ask you too many quantitative questions. However, I did not pass the first round.

- 1 round with the head of the quant research team
- Multiple rounds next week with each of the team members (~4)
- Interviews consists of stats/prob problems and behavioral
