Me contactaron por una de las empresas de selección de personal, donde me asignaron una entrevista con un developer. La entrevista estuvo bien. Él estuvo muy atento y respondió a todas mis preguntas además de darme consejos. Fue una buena experiencia aunque fuera en línea. No hay código de vestimenta.

Es war einfach ein erstes Kennenlernen, um zu schauen ob man überhaupt ins Team passt. Im Anschluss wurden noch ein Paar technische fragen gestellt und welche Programmiersprachen man beherrscht. Am ende konnte man selbst noch Fragen stellen es war generell eine Entspannte Stimmung

The process is good but it’s a very lengthy interview process. But overall it’s good experience. Totally 4 rounds. General introduction, Technical, Aptitude and Manager and HR discussions. At the end of the interview I got an offer

amazing, talked about past experiences, showed me the project i am going to work on, totally interactive, non of that DS+Algorithms crap you get at most interview. it didn't feel like an interview
