Had 3 rounds of interview:
The 1st round was the initial screening with the HR. 2nd round: I got to meet the team which we also ended up getting along with. Which then led me to my final round where I got to meet the CFO and to my surprise it was the most disappointing interview I have ever done. For starters the CFO was 15 mins late and this interview is scheduled to be only 30 mins so by the time we actually got started I had only less than 15 mins to even make an impression with that short of a timeframe. Because of that, the CFO was condescending and tried to get me to rush answering the questions and even cutting me off midway through the given short time frame because she had "another meeting" happening right after my interview and that she had to leave early. It has not even been 10 mins by the time this happened. Not only that, the CFO tried her hardest to find flaws in my answer and tried to twist my answers to make it seem like I wasn't aligning with how the company operates. Because of this I felt that I did not have a fair chance to prove why I am enthusiastic to work in this company and for this position. It was definitely unfair and unprofessional that they were 15 mins late and how the CFO tried her hardest to find flaws in my answers and that she also cut me off and had to leave midway through because she had to go to another meeting. The first few rounds were successful because of how I was able to present myself in a manner where I was able to answer every question without feeling like I was in a time crunch unlike the final round. The fact that I have received positive reviews from prior rounds and how I was able to get along with the team just shows that it was definitely unfair on how I was treated. The final round definitely felt like an interrogation rather than an interview process and the whole interview only took less than 10 mins.
