I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
The interview process at Allied Universal is quick and easy. After applying online, I was contacted for a short screening, then invited to an interview. The questions were basic mostly about my availability, past work experience, and how I would handle simple situations.
After that, I had to do a background check and drug test. Once cleared, I went to orientation where they explained company rules, gave out uniforms, and did some training.
Overall, the process was fast and straightforward. It focuses more on reliability and scheduling than on tough interview questions.
Applied online, went into the site and met the manager, who was polite and very easy to speak to. The interview wasn’t long and went smoothly. Good experience overall. Would recommend the company.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.

Interview
No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
