I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Universal (San Jose, CA)
Interview
First I went to Allied and did a 3 minute interview then the lady sent me to the site and I met the supervisor who showed me around didn't ask many questions but he approved and I got a second interview with the security supervisor and then was offered the job the same day.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.

Interview
No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
