I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2018
Interview
was a pointless process to go through, you are basically going to under union or not depending on the site because you are a contractor and if you are under union and you have no idea what it is, you are paying people to sit behind a desk 100 a month for absolutely nothing if you get written up or have an issue with a individual at your site. they will try to sell their businesses opportunities as if they were car sales man, but in reality once you get in its basically sucking you in to this unrealistic dream of getting 500 a week for working 8hours and getting paid 13 an hour and try to take you out of your hard work by shorting you
Very thorough scenario based questions and a good overview of the demands of the job were specified. Two step interview process with another orientation and background checking needed to pass.

Interview
Interview was simple, asked the basic questions. I provided them with my resume, my avaliability and etc. I did a drug test, provided HR with my certifications and completed hiring paperwork with the same week. Got an offer but declined due to finding a job elsewhere.
