Very easy. Personal experience was that they sat me down, talked about the job, and it was pretty in and out. From there, I had a secondary sit-down with the supervisor at the office I was assigned, we finalized some things, got a permanent job site assigned near home, and that was it.

Interview
Chill, easy, only needed a high school diploma and ID. Drug test was a mouth drug test, drink a lot of water and don’t smoke weed for 48 hours and you’ll be fine. There is a thorough background check, but if it’s been expunged I’m sure you’ll be fine. I had a marijuana possession charge that was expunged and they didn’t notice.
I received an email asking me to come to an interview. Afterwards, I took the interview and had to do multiple screenings and certificate checks. They are particular about making sure you have all the necessary licenses. If you do not have a specific license, you will go through additional training before starting your job.
