I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Rosemont, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was short and very informal. I say in a branch office for over an hour waiting for a “manager” to come and interview me. When I was in the interview I felt like just because I had a pulse and car; I was hired. They didn’t even take time to review my resume.
Just be yourself, always remember the client is the most important person, remember all safety protocols, best way to describe yourself I’d say hard working , team work, compassion, and problem solving skills .
I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Universal
Interview
Fairly simple. Be honest. Pass background check. Be reliable. Show up as scheduled. Apply. Go to interview. Fingerprints and background check. Orientation. Go to assigned post. Not all posts are the same, the better you are that is better. Thus is a good thing.
